Everything today seems to be a matter of opinion, not truth, or at least not truth that applies to everyone, everywhere at all times.
Such opinions can and do change. The character and truth of our God never does.
It is vitally important for Christ-followers to spend time meditating on the unchanging nature of God and His attributes. This can be greatly facilitated by intentional study of scripture and sound theological teaching in our churches.
In an era when purely human knowledge has been nearly deified, sometimes even elevated to be a religion of its own, it is deeply important that the believer in the God of the Bible knows the essential truths about the One in whom he or she has believed.
