FCAP Staff Feature – Edward Church

Brother Edward is one of those dear people who has sunshine in their soul.   All he wants to do in this life is talk about Jesus! As these pictures show, he has a passion for people, and loves to share the good news of the Gospel.  “Edward the faithful” is his unofficial title, and very fitting at that.

Here’s his bio!

Edward Church, Fellowship Coordinator grew up in a military family and lived many years in Tampa, FL and graduated from the University of Florida.  Edward holds a master’s degree from Luther Rice Seminary and a PHD from Evangelical Theological Seminary, which later merged into Biblical Life College and Seminary.   Edward and his wife, Patricia, were flight attendants for Eastern Air Lines.   Following the closure of Eastern, he worked at InTouch Ministries in the correspondence counseling department. Since 1997 he has served as our Fellowship Coordinator in FCAP.  Edward’s desire is to see airline people and their families come to know Christ as Savior and their source for life.  Edward and Pat see themselves as Divinely placed.  They have two adult sons with wonderful daughters-in-law, and two sweet granddaughters.  Their oldest son is a pilot with Allegiant Air. Their youngest son is in Freight Logistics.

Edward also asked to share his focus verse, which is his prayer in these times:  “Acts 2:26,18 for an Acts 2:25-28 reality!”
