Please select your choice of room. Included in the room costs below are the $100 per person registration fee (which is non-refundable) and 11 meals (beginning with dinner on Monday, April 7, and concluding with breakfast on Friday, April 11).
Double room with 2 queen beds and private bathroom/shower in room ($480 USD per person early registration or $500 USD per person after January 1)
Single Occupancy with private bathroom/shower in room ($612 USD per person early registration or $650 USD per person after January 1)

Deposit Payment Options
To secure your reservation, submit registration form and your non-refundable deposit of $100 (USD) per person. Deposits and final payments can be made in one of two ways as noted below. Registration and deposit deadline is March 1, 2025. (Registration is not complete until deposit is received.) Full payment is due March 15, 2025.
Pay deposit of $100 USD per person and future payments by mail to 136 Providence Road, Fayetteville, GA 30215.
Pay deposit of $100 USD per person and future payments via PAYPAL. (Link for payment will appear on confirmation received following submission of your reservation form.)
Requesting Scholarship Assistance
I am applying for Scholarship assistance. I understand that I must personally pay the $100 per person registration fee when I submit this registration form and scholarship will cover the remainder of payment due. I also understand that my request is contingent on verification by FCAP leadership within my respective country.
Visa Letters
I require a visa letter to enter the United States. I understand provision of this letter is contingent on verification by FCAP leadership in your respective country.

Bus Transportation will be provided from the ATL International Airport to Shocco Springs on Monday, April 7, around 3 pm with return to the airport early morning on Friday, April 11. Per person cost for this service will be forthcoming. In the meantime, it would be helpful to know if you plan to use this service.
