2027 International Conference Registration With Payment

Registration Deadline is March 15, 2027! Payment of non-refundable $115/adult registration fee (ages 18 and over) is required at the time this registration form is submitted. Balance due must be paid no later than March 15.

Overnight accomodations at the Grand Mercure are double occupancy with private bathroom/shower Included in the room. Cost for adults (18 and over) is $600 USD per person. (Single occupancy room is available for $970 USD.) Cost includes *the $115 USD per person non-refundable registration fee, *11 meals: 4 hotel breakfasts on Wednesday-Saturday with lunches and dinners provided at conference on Wednesday-Friday, and *cost of excursion on Friday. (ATTENTION LOCAL COMMUTERS: If you are registering as a commuter, please select appropriate option below and make payment for your $115 per person registration fee through the link provided at the conclusion of the form. If you as a commuter plan to join the excursion on Friday, the cost for locals is SGD100 and must be paid directly to FCAP-Singapore. The FCAP Office will provide you with instructions on how to submit that payment directly to them.)
Cost Information for Children Ages Birth-12
All guest rooms at the Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy Hotel are based on double occupancy. Each room contains either a king-size bed or two super single-size beds. A complimentary cot/crib for children under the age of 3 is available upon request, with their breakfast also being complimentary. Regarding children ages 3-12, they may share super single-size twin beds (or king-size bed, if available) with their parents. Breakfast is complimentary for up to 2 children per room. If you are bringing children ages 13-17, please contact us via office@fcap.org or by phone (770) 461-9320 so we can discuss cost for children in that age bracket and rooming options. Please also note: The $115/person FCAP registration fee does NOT apply to children below the age of 18.
Cost for Children Ages 13 and Above
Because of hotel room occupancy restrictions and other variables, if you are bringing children ages 13 and above, please indicate number of children that fall in this age bracket. We need that information before determining the best room configuration for your family and related cost. You do not need to include payment for the children at this time as a separate payment link for any balance due will be provided later. Please also note: The $115/person FCAP registration fee does NOT apply to children below the age of 18.
Visa Letters
Each registrant will receive a commemorative T-shirt at check in. Please indicate your size below. (Due to fabric content, you may want to opt for one size larger than what you normally wear.) If your registration includes other individuals, please list their sizes in the box provided.(Required)
