Join us for the 2024 FCAP International Conference on April 30th-May 4th. This will be a week of “Awaiting Christ” as we serve Him in the airline industry, through the lens of Philippians 3. We will explore topics like Evangelism, Confidence in Christ, Distractions in the Workplace, and more!

The conference will include activities like studying different areas of scripture, community activities around Frankfurt, and worship.

The cost for this event, which is $320 or $365 depending on the room option, includes a non-refundable registration fee of $75, as well as all lodging and meals for the duration of the conference. Travel to the conference must be arranged by the registrant. The deadline to register for the event will be March 15th, 2024.

This conference will bring airline employees around the world together for the encouragement and growth of all the attendees.

Room and Board*
Please select your choice of room; first come first served. If your type of room is no longer available, you will be contacted with other options. Double-occupancy rooms are very limited and will be utilized for married couples first on a first come, first serve basis. In the shared room configuration, there will be at most three or four people to a room, men or women. (If anyone desires alternative accommodations or single occupancy, there is hotel lodging very near to our conference site which you can book on your own. You would still be able to have all meals with us at the conference site. Contact the FCAP Office for details.)
- Double room (2 people) with private bathroom & shower in room ($365 USD/per person, includes $75 non-refundable deposit)
- Shared room (2-4 people) with private bathroom & shower in room ($320 USD/per person, includes $75 non-refundable deposit)
- Commuting from local hotel or home; require meals only at conference site ($75/person non-refundable registration fee +meal cost)

Deposit Payment Options
To secure your reservation, submit registration form and your non-refundable deposit of $75 (USD) per person. Note: Registration and deposit deadline is March 15, 2024. (Registration is not complete until deposit is received, except for scholarship applicants.) Full payment is due April 14, 2024.
