As an airline employee, you have been equipped to perform your job for your company. However, as a Christian, there is an added dimension you cannot afford to overlook. Your faith in the Lord should be integrated into the details of the job you have been trained to do. If not, than the job is not much more than a routine, and your faith becomes foreign to your work. But God has designed our faith in Him to operate at work, so that it brings significance to the routine of work, value to the little things we say and do, and a deep realization that something much bigger is being accomplished in it all. Does your job description have this added dimension to it?  (PMC)  Consider: “For the word of God has sounded forth from you…but also in everyplace your faith toward God has gone forth, so that we have no need to say anything”  (1Thessalonians 1:8).
