Sometimes our attitude about our company leaders is driven by our criticism of them instead of our concern for them. This often develops when we focus on a disagreement we have with them. However, God tells us not to respond by passing judgment on them, but instead by praying for them. One of the distinct marks of the church’s presence in the workplace is when Christians pray for their leaders (PMC).  Consider: “I urge you that all prayers and petitions, with thanksgiving, be made for all men…for all in authority, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way” (1 Timothy 2:1-2).
