Leadership of FCAP-LTP/LTTP in the Philippines shares this encouraging news with us: “A blessed day! Let’s thank God because every January in the Philippines is “A National Bible Month.” January 21-27 is the National Bible Week, January 27 is the National Bible Sunday, and on January 28 is the National Bible Day. The latter is declared special working holiday.”
Every Thursday, FCAP-LTP/LTTP hosts a Fellowship and Bible Study every Thursday in the MM Conference Room from 12:05 pm-12:55 pm and welcome anyone able to attend. They also appreciate our prayers for this time together and outreach among their co-workers there in the Philippines.
Recently, FCAP Board member Jerry Litwiller and his children, Joshua and Brittany, had the privilege of spending a few hours with Eric Yip in Singapore. Eric is one of the leaders of FCAP-Singapore. Jerry, Joshua and Brittany were then able to spend time with friends in Shanghai (pictured in the beautiful photo with the Shanghai background). Connecting with God’s people is always a blessing … wherever He takes us!
We are grateful to have recently received this photo from one of several FCAP groups meeting regularly in the Philippines. Their faithfulness there to one another and to their co-workers is a blessing to many.
On the evening of June 6, Paul and Claudette Curtas had the wonderful opportunity to meet with those attending the FCAP-Zurich Airport meeting. There are four FCAP groups that meet regularly in the ZRH Airport area. We thank God for their testimony there.
The FCAP-Munich group hosted a Friday (June 2) barbecue and Saturday (June 3) morning breakfast meeting. Paul & Claudette Curtas enjoyed the special opportunity of visiting with the group and presenting an overview of the new FCAP WorkplaceTraining #2, “Engaging at the Workplace.” It was presented to the group in two sessions, one on Friday evening and one on Saturday morning. A big “thank you” to Ulli & Heinz Stengel for coordinating this, and special thanks to Christian and Ulrike Schaaf for hosting this at their home in Freising. Thank you also for putting some of the group up overnight. Paul writes, “We always enjoy being with this group, and hearing how God is working through them at the workplace.”
