Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel
In 2019 FCAP ministry invested its time and energy in the following ways:

  1. Time has been invested in strengthening our relationship with the leaders in FCAP through more personal communication with them and among them.
  2. Doors in the Latin world have been opening in a strategic way. God brought to us Diego, a Colombian airline pilot who has a heart for the Lord and shares in our passion about the workplace. We trained him this year to facilitate the FCAP Workplace Seminar #1. Also, Paul had his book translated and printed in Spanish, which Diego is using where he goes to speak/teach. The Lord is opening many doors for him to share our seminar.
  3. In addition to providing our FCAP Workplace Seminars for airline/aviation people, this year was a time for expanding the seminars into churches, with other business professionals, and with Christian educational institutions. It is available for English, German and Spanish language groups. All together we had 607 attendees at our workplace seminars this year.
  4. The FCAP Board of Directors started meeting three times annually effective January 2019, one onsite meeting and two internet conference meetings.
  5. We spent time making personal contact with those we have not heard from in a while, which, in turn, helped us to update information in our data base.
  6. We made contact with other aviation groups, building relationships with them and collaborating at times to reach the aviation world with God’s Good News.
  7. Our Prayer Network, which is the furnace of this ministry, is ongoing.

We have much to look forward to in the Lord in 2020.

For His glory,
Paul Curtas
FCAP General Director
