What is FCAP?
The ministry of FCAP is carried on throughout the airline workplaces of the world by ordinary people who see their work as a partnership with God. We do not have a membership nor are we a club with dues. Rather, FCAP is a fellowship of Christians who identify with one another through a common focus and purpose. We desire to demonstrate how our faith in Jesus Christ will influence how we do our work, how we treat people, and how we respond to the circumstances of our workplace. We are blessed to have both airline and non-airline people who encourage and support the ministry.
Thought for the Work Day
Where did the idea of work come from anyway? Did work evolve over time or from a need to survive? Or did God in His great wisdom come up with the idea of work just for us. Actually, neither. Rather work is part of God’s character… a part of who He is. In Genesis 1, the Bible begins in a work setting, where God is working, creating the universe, by His design. Then He creates creatures called man and woman, and they bear His image. When God gave them the responsibility to work, He did so not to simply occupy their time but for them to act in His image. That is why when you do your work as unto the Lord, you express the image of God in your work. (PMC) Consider: “Put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him” (Colossians 3:10).

“Do you want to know a person’s belief at the workplace? Then see what it produces through their life as they do their work and in how they treat people.” (PMC)
