Paul grew up in a big family in Tampa, Florida where he enjoyed sports and recreation on the Bay. He pursued a theological education at Florida Bible College in Hollywood, FL (Bachelor’s Degree). He also studied Apologetics at L’Abri Fellowship in Huemoz, Switzerland; then studied at Biblical Seminary in Hatfield, Pennsylvania and completed a Master’s Degree at Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina. Paul has served on staff in two different churches. In 1992 he became General Director of FCAP. For more than two decades now, Paul has visited and worked with people both individually and in group settings within the workplace in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the South Pacific. He has had the opportunity to meet with company leadership in various positions. Through his many years of experience with people in their workplace and his core beliefs as a Christian, he passionately communicates how the Christian faith gives work its greatest purpose in the most practical ways. He has recently authored a book entitled When God Shows Up At Work which is available in English and German. Paul and his wife, Claudette, live in Brooks, Georgia where they have enjoyed hosting people in their home from around the world. Also, they enjoy riding bikes together.

Jenni was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and achieved her dream of becoming a Flight Attendant serving passengers on-board Piedmont / US Airways for 15 years.  One of the first Flight Attendants she met introduced her to FCAP (via the newsletter and crew room bookshelf).  Several years later, thanks to many sincere Christians sowing seeds, she received Jesus as her Lord and Savior on a BOS overnight.  After flying, Jenni served as Volunteer Director at Southwest Christian Hospice in Georgia.  She was later blessed to work at World Airways, Peachtree City, Georgia for just shy of 10 years in various operations capacities such as: Inflight Supervisor, Ground Operations Supervisor and Charter Manager.  During that time, she often attended a lively FCAP weekly Bible study group led by a faithful Christian.  She views each position she has held as God’s mission field in the workplace.  Jenni has received certificates for: Biblical Studies from Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary; Project Management from Georgia State University; and Volunteer Management from Georgia Institute for Non-Profits.  Jenni‘s husband is at a major U.S. carrier, he has two wonderful adult children.  They enjoy being new grandparents, riding motorcycles in the North Georgia mountains and bonfires at home with their Blue-Tick hound, Bleu.

Edward grew up in a military family but lived many years in Tampa, FL and graduated from the University of Florida.   Since 1997 he has served as our Fellowship Coordinator in FCAP .  Prior to that time, both Edward and his wife, Patricia, were flight attendants for Eastern Air Lines.   Following the closure of Eastern, he worked at In Touch Ministries in the correspondence counseling department.  Edward holds a masters degree from Luther Rice Seminary and a PHD from Evangelical Theological Seminary.  Edward’s desire is to see airline people and their families come to know Christ as Savior and their source for life.  Seeing themselves as divinely placed, Edward and Pat have two adult sons and cherish time with their granddaughter.  Their oldest son is a pilot with Allegiant Air.

Monix serves in FCAP in the area of Leadership and Group Development. He was born and raised in Haiti, which for him was a very fun time.  Those memories are still cherished by him to this day, and He thanks God for that opportunity. When Monix was 20 years old, he moved to the United States to continue his education.  After living for three and half years in New York, he relocated to Atlanta, GA.  He transferred there for a Political Science major after completion of his Associate in Linguistics, but then the Lord flipped the plan and sent him to theology school.  After receiving his bachelor in the Art of Religion, Monix completed two masters programs at Luther Rice University.  He is married with four children, three boys and one little girl.  His wife, Manuelle, is a wonderful woman, and Monix thanks his Father in heaven for having made her just for him. Over the past 22+ years, Monix has worked for two different airlines and one contractor for the airlines and  still remains an active airline employee.  He shares, “I am happy to join force with the FCAP staff here at the FCAP International Office to help people be an influence in the workplace.”

[/et_pb_team_member][et_pb_team_member name=”Claudette Curtas” position=”Administrative Assistant” image_url=”https://fcap.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/Claudette-bio-1.jpg” admin_label=”Claudette” _builder_version=”3.10.1″]

Claudette mainly supports and helps Paul, but also steps in wherever else help is needed. She is Swiss/American and comes from a large family of 8 children. Growing up in Switzerland, she graduated with a degree in Business Administration while working in her father’s business. For a few years she enjoyed working in the hotel industry both in Switzerland and the US. After that she mostly worked in secretarial positions in the industrial sector but also for missional organizations. She was working as the Office Administrator and Assistant to the Director of Tauernhof (Torchbearer Ministries in Schladming, Austria) when she met Paul. They got married in 1995 in Switzerland and since then have been serving as a team at FCAP.

Cathy has served in this role since 1980.  Prior to coming on staff, she graduated from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro with a bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Administration and then worked for almost seven years as a Flight Attendant for Eastern Airlines.  At the time, she had no idea how God planned to use her combined education and job as a flight attendant in the days to come.   As the need arose in FCAP for a full-time secretary, God led Cathy to leave her job at Eastern and come on staff.  Over the years, Cathy has witnessed a lot of change and growth in the FCAP ministry.  She can attest to God’s faithfulness through it all … faithfulness to answer prayer, faithfulness to provide for both the physical and financial resources needed to carry on the ministry, and faithfulness to change lives for His glory.  Her heart’s desire and prayer is to see that continue in the days to come.   Relationships she has gleaned while being a part of FCAP are cherished … to her, they are family. Cathy has one daughter and enjoys her additional role as a grandmother to three boys.
