What is FCAP?

The ministry of FCAP is carried on throughout the airline workplaces of the world by ordinary people who see their work as a partnership with God. We do not have a membership nor are we a club with dues. Rather, FCAP is a fellowship of Christians who identify with one another through a common focus and purpose. We desire to demonstrate how our faith in Jesus Christ will influence how we do our work, how we treat people, and how we respond to the circumstances of our workplace. We are blessed to have both airline and non-airline people who encourage and support the ministry.

Thought for the Day

For the Christian to discern the will of God,  he or she is to consciously choose not to conform to the patterns of this world. Like most people, your workplace has patterns that are continually trying to conform you to their ways. For the Christian to simply ignore the wrong patterns or passively exist in them will weaken them spiritually and actually hinder them from seeing and fulfilling the will of God in their workplace. God’s will should first of all be displayed through my life in such a way that my coworker will see that God has made a difference in how I do my work and in how I engage with people in a respectful and honorable way. This in turn will allow me to have God’s will tested and approved through my life at the workplace. (PMC)   Consider: “Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God.” (Romans 12:2)

“The most important influence on any civilization, any culture, or any company is God’s presence actively working through His people in every facet of life’s experiences. ” (PMC)
