What is FCAP?
The ministry of FCAP is carried on throughout the airline workplaces of the world by ordinary people who see their work as a partnership with God. We do not have a membership nor are we a club with dues. Rather, FCAP is a fellowship of Christians who identify with one another through a common focus and purpose. We desire to demonstrate how our faith in Jesus Christ will influence how we do our work, how we treat people, and how we respond to the circumstances of our workplace. We are blessed to have both airline and non-airline people who encourage and support the ministry.
Thought for the Day
The Christian faith will not have a significant impact on the workplace as long as Christians remain isolated from one another there. The sum of their influence is not determined by how many individual Christians work in the company, but by how they see themselves united under one Lord while at the workplace. When Christians connect in creative ways at the workplace to show their love for one another and show concern by praying for their coworkers, supervisors and company leaders, they will have a noticeable influence there. (PMC) Consider: “You are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God… being fitted together and growing into a holy temple in the Lord… also being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit”. (Ephesians 2:19-22)

“The most important influence on any civilization, any culture, or any company is God’s presence actively working through His people in every facet of life’s experiences. ” (PMC)
