What is FCAP?
The ministry of FCAP is carried on throughout the airline workplaces of the world by ordinary people who see their work as a partnership with God. We do not have a membership nor are we a club with dues. Rather, FCAP is a fellowship of Christians who identify with one another through a common focus and purpose. We desire to demonstrate how our faith in Jesus Christ will influence how we do our work, how we treat people, and how we respond to the circumstances of our workplace. We are blessed to have both airline and non-airline people who encourage and support the ministry.
Thought for the Day
When we start to compartmentalize our spiritual life, we usually end up becoming selective as to where we think our spirituality really matters. This can have a big affect on our workplace because some Christians don’t see how their faith in Christ can be lived out and applied there. However, God did not save us in order to transform us into His living witnesses merely on the stages of our churches, but rather to live His truth out in the real world where we live, work, and intersect with people every day. Your spiritual life at the workplace should not disassociate you from the reality of what is going on around you, but instead engage you in it. (PMC) Consider: “Whatever you do… we do all for the glory of God; but thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifest though us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Christ in every place” (1 Corinthians 10:31; 2 Corinthians 2:14).

Becoming a spiritual influence in the workplace is not so much about you becoming a leader in your company as it is you being a follower of Christ on the job. (PMC)
