Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel

FCAP provides a connection among Christians within the airline industry worldwide.

What is FCAP?

The ministry of FCAP is carried on throughout the airline workplaces of the world by ordinary people who see their work as a partnership with God. We do not have a membership nor are we a club with dues. Rather, FCAP is a fellowship of Christians who identify with one another through a common focus and purpose. We desire to demonstrate how our faith in Jesus Christ will influence how we do our work, how we treat people, and how we respond to the circumstances of our workplace. We are blessed to have both airline and non-airline people who encourage and support the ministry.

Thought for the Work Day

There are different ways that time matters to us in the workplace. First, we calculate the hours and minutes we spend there, which determines our pay. But, what about the time, that is not valued by human standards…the time that matters to God and will impact our surrounding? We make time valuable by the way we use it to perform our job in an efficient and purposeful way. But our thoughts also occupy our time at work, so how are you using your thought life to enhance your work performance and your relationships with coworkers? Then there are times of unexpected difficulties that can occupy time at work. But such time events can become divine appointments for us, as we prayerfully consider how we should respond correctly at the appropriate time. Your time at the workplace has a greater value than just putting in your time… it’s you seeing God’s redemptive opportunities. (PMC) Consider: “Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil… understand what the will of the Lord is” (Ephesians 5:15-17).

“Do you want to know a person’s belief at the workplace?  Then see what it produces through their life as they do their work and in how they treat people.”   (PMC)
