What is FCAP?
The ministry of FCAP is carried on throughout the airline workplaces of the world by ordinary people who see their work as a partnership with God. We do not have a membership nor are we a club with dues. Rather, FCAP is a fellowship of Christians who identify with one another through a common focus and purpose. We desire to demonstrate how our faith in Jesus Christ will influence how we do our work, how we treat people, and how we respond to the circumstances of our workplace. We are blessed to have both airline and non-airline people who encourage and support the ministry.
Thought for the Day
Four Characteristics of Spiritually Effective People in the Workplace
1. Their belief about WORK is God-sized, in that they see the details of their job as important to God, while believing the ultimate purpose and results are bigger than the company.
2. Their MINISTRY involvement at work does not disrupt their job but rather results from how they do their work and how their actions influence the relationships and situations of work.
3. Their being confronted by ADVERSITY at work does not threaten their faith, but is seen as an opportunity to experience God’s purpose and provision to enhance their personal growth and to put God on display.
4. Their being the CHURCH at work is more than a passive reflection from Sunday, instead it is a proactive presence that seeks to identify and connect with other Christians in creative ways.

If you go to work thinking you have to do something for God to make work valuable… you lack in understanding why work is valuable to God. (PMC)
