What is FCAP?
The ministry of FCAP is carried on throughout the airline workplaces of the world by ordinary people who see their work as a partnership with God. FCAP is a fellowship of Christians who identify with one another through a common focus and purpose. We desire to demonstrate how our faith in Jesus Christ will influence how we do our work, how we treat people, and how we respond to the circumstances of our workplace. We are blessed to have both airline and non-airline people who encourage and support the ministry.
Thought for the Work Day
The Christian faith provides us with revealed truth from God’s Word. It guides our thoughts, directs our actions, and enables our will. As a Christian, if you go to work with a weak or deficient view of God and His truth, you are setting yourself up for spiritual failure. Being a Christian in the workplace is more than just being physically present. It requires you to think and respond as a Christian in situations, because the environment at work has many opposing ideas and values that conflict with your faith. Your faith at work should be more than a passive belief that you casually contemplate now and then. Rather, as you pursue God, He will engage your thoughts and spur you on. (PMC) Consider: “…When you received the Word of God which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men, but for what it really is, the Word of God, which also performs its work in you who believe” (1 Thessalonians 2:13).
This thought was written by Paul M. Curtas, General Director of FCAP.

“Our work becomes worship as we present ourselves as a living sacrifice to God in the details of our work everyday.”(PMC)
